WELCOME TO THE REGISTRATION SECTION FOR THE SECOND WORLD PUBLIC HEALTH NUTRITION ASSOCIATION CONGRESS.
In order to ensure your registration is processed successfully please have the following information at hand:
- Details of each delegate who will be attending: Name, surname, professional information, dietary requirements and email address.
- Billing information including VAT number of the company / organization and PO number (If this needs to appear on your invoice).
- Valid membership number: If you need help in finding this please phone us on +27 21 683 5106 or email
- You will also need to know if the delegate will require accommodation and transfers.
- Early Bird Registration closes 17 JUNE 2016
- Delegate places are limited to 1 200 therefore booking is essential. WPHNA reserves the right not to accept additional bookings.
- The entire online registration process should take no longer than 15 minutes.
- The conference registration fee excludes your hotel accommodation and travel expenses.
- As a delegate, you may conveniently book hotel accommodation and airport transfers as part of the registration process. A list of hotels venue has been provided.
- We can accommodate individual or group registrations.
- At the end of the registration process you have the option of paying online via credit card or via electronic transfer.
- An invoice and banking details will be forwarded via a separate email once the online registration form has been completed and successfully submitted.
- Your conference registration will only be confirmed once the payment has been received in full.

Terms and Conditions
INVOICING & PAYMENT PROCESS:
- Upon receipt of your registration, a tax invoice will be raised and sent to the person indicated as the recipient in the billing information provided. The onus remains on the delegate to ensure that payment is made, and the delegate will be held liable for any outstanding fees.
- The tax invoice will indicate our banking details for payment to be made by EFT.
- Please use the Invoice Number as reference when making payment to enable us to accurately reconcile your account.
- Payment terms are strictly on presentation of invoice, and we kindly request that you email a proof of payment and remittance advice to soon as the transaction is made.
- We require full settlement before the event for all delegates, including late registrations.
- Should payment not be effected before the event, kindly make provision for on-site credit card payment to be processed at the registration desk on the day. No payment no access.
- Credit card transactions made on the day will be subject to an additional 5% levy to cover the costs incurred by the transaction.
- Substitutions are allowed.
- Should a Non Member be substituted for a Member, Non Member rates will be applied.
- Delegate packs are issued 1 pack per delegate. Lost delegate packs will not be replaced or re-issued. We will not issue more than the specified quantity to any one person. Late registrations /Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed receipt of a delegate pack and/or full delegate pack, as these are prepared well in advance.
- Delegates who have not paid in full at time of registration will not be issued with a delegate pack.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Bookings which are not cancelled in writing before Monday 1 August 2016 will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty, and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.
- Bookings cancelled in writing before 30 June 2016, will receive 50% refund. Please note a R 250.00 fee will be charged as an cancellation fee.
- If you register after Monday 1 August 2016, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect and will be enforced.
- In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.
- All refunds will only be issued after the event has taken place.
